Q: How do I register?

Q: What will you send me once I have registered?

A: You will receive an email confirmation. Your badge will be printed on site, please bring your email confirmation.

Q: Where can I get the conference programme information?

A: The show has several conference streams on both days. The 2018 conference programme is available here.

Q: Will the presentations be available to view after the show?

A: Recording of the main plenary will only be available if you are a Gold ticket holder. If you are not a Gold ticket holder please contact Hiywet Berhe at hiywet@maddoxevents.com to purchase the on-demand recordings of the presentations.

Q: How do I sign up for the workshops and seminars?

Workshops are on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure you arrive before the session starts to avoid disappointment.

Q: Can I get discounts on the hotels and flights to Amsterdam?

We have partnered with Event Express to provide discounted hotel accommodation for delegates at the event. Simply book here to see what is available.

You can also get up to 15% off on fares from Air France, KLM & their code-shared flights worldwide to Amsterdam. This is valid from 28th Nov - 13th Dec and can be booked here.

Q: Can I bring my children? 

A: No, there is strictly no admittance to minors or anyone under-18, as we are not covered by insurance. Please make alternative childcare arrange, there are no creche facilities at RAI, Amsterdam.

Q: Are students allowed access? 

A: Yes.

Q: What is the schedule for the day of the event?

A: Please refer to the agenda here.

Q: I work for a charity/ non-profit organisation, can I receive a discount on my ticket?

Q: I can no longer attend the event, can I receive a refund?

A: A refund is applicable if you cancel within 30 days prior to the event.

Q: I am no longer available to attend the event, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A: Please contact Hiywet Berhe at hiywet@maddoxevents.com

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: There is no specific dress code. We encourage attendees to wear whatever they find most comfortable, although most people joining us tend to opt for the smart casual approach.

Q: Will food be provided?

A: Lunch and light refreshments throughout the day including tea and coffee will be provided.

Q: Is there disabled access?

A: Yes there is disabled access throughout the area – please contact Hiywet Berhe at hiywet@maddoxevents.com for further information.
